Booking & Session Timing
- All bookings are by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance.
- Clients must arrive on time. If a client is late, the session time will not be extended and will still end at the scheduled time.
- Time includes setup and pack-down.
Payment Policy
- Full payment is due immediately after the session ends.
- Payments can be made via cash, card, or bank transfer.
- Bookings may require a deposit, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation within 24 hours of the session.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance can be rescheduled once at no charge.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged in full.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the session has begun or concluded.
Use of Equipment
- Studio equipment (lighting, backdrops, microphones, etc.) is included as per the selected package.
- Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or space during their booking.
File Delivery & Editing
- One free pre-edit is included. Additional edits or raw files are available at an extra cost.
- Raw files are not included unless purchased separately.
- Turnaround time for edited content will be communicated post-session.
Studio Rules
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol consumption is allowed on studio premises.
- Pets are not permitted unless agreed upon in advance.
- Food and drinks are not allowed near electronic or photographic equipment.
Liability
- The studio is not responsible for any loss of data, personal belongings, or missed content due to late arrival or misuse of time.
- Clients use the space and equipment at their own risk.
Image & Content Usage
- The studio retains the right to use behind-the-scenes or setup shots for promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing before the session.
